Regular Climbing Sessions for Juniors
We invest heavily into our Junior climbing programme because we believe passionately in the benefits climbing brings to all young people. Take a look at our courses and sessions below to see how we can help develop their climbing skills.
Our pathway for all Juniors looking to develop their climbing skills begins here on our fantastic Cliffhangers Junior Foundation course. Here we teach students the fundamentals of indoor climbing including safety, rope work, belaying and more. In addition, students will start to explore their potential and build confidence and trust which helps both on and off the wall.
Cliffhangers Junior Foundation
Cliffhangers Junior Improvers
Students who have completed our Foundation course or have completed NICAS Level 1 at another wall can join our Cliffhangers Junior Improver sessions. On these sessions Junior climbers hone their newly developed skills learnt on our Foundation course plus our coaches also begin to develop their climbing technique. Here we begin to teach students about the amazing world of Bouldering as well as High Wall climbing.
Cliffhangers Junior Technical
Our Cliffhangers Junior Technical sessions are available to students who have completed NICAS Level 2 on our Improvers sessions or at another wall. Here students begin to explore more advanced climbing technique and movement skills with their coaches. Sessions are split between High Wall climbing and Bouldering.
Rockstar Junior Academy
Students who are showing a real desire to develop their climbing may be invited to join the Rockstar Junior Academy. These sessions run alongside our regular Cliffhangers sessions and offers students extra personalised time with our professional climbing coaches to really bring out their potential.
Rockstar Junior Climbing Team
The Rockstar Junior Climbing Team is the highest accolade for any Junior climber and offers them the chance to represent Rockstar at regional and national events. Any students who are super-excited about competing at a national level then the Rockstar Team is a great place to aim for.
